SUMMER RENTAL CHECK-IN PROCEDURE
hch will again be handing out 2022 and 2023 rental keys through the drive-up window on the 82nd Street side of hch. With stubborn Covid strains reported daily this method will avoid crowding at the front desk, keeping everyone safe & comfortable.
Our office is open for regular business. You are welcome to use the rest room or talk with an agent.
Note: there will be no “early” check-ins. It will be according to the terms of your lease. Just pull into the North Side of the building on 82nd street in the marked entryway to the drive up window Please ring the bell if no one is at the window at your scheduled check in time as per the lease.

TENANTS PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE IN CHECK IN AND OUT TIMES
After careful consideration many of Landlord/Owners have decided to modify the standard check in check out times.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR LEASE FOR THE CHECK IN TIME AND CHECK OUT TIME. (Each landlord/owner is instucting us on the times that they want for their property.)
Also please be sure that your final rent payment has been made 4 weeks in advance.
As of March 15 2022 hch opened the office to the public. Should Covid return the office being open to the public may change.
